Duties and Taxes

We ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all taxes and duties are included in your order total.

Delivery Estimates and Delays

Delivery times vary by destination and are listed above as a guide. These estimates do not account for unexpected delays, such as those caused by weather or customs processing.

Customs delays are outside of our control, but we work closely with our carrier partners to help minimise disruption wherever possible.

An order will be considered lost or undeliverable if it has not arrived within 20 business days of the maximum estimated delivery time. In such cases, the order will be eligible for a replacement or refund.
